أخي المدرب: يعتمد القياس على الاختبارات التي تختارها بعناية لقياس متطلبات عملية التدريب، ونظرًا لعدم توفر هذه الاختبارات، فإن أغلب المدربين لا يقومون بقياس مستوى لاعبيهم خلال عملية التدريب، ولذلك فقد قمت بوضع هذه الاختبارات وجعلتها من البساطة بحيث يستطيع كل مدرب استخدامها بسهولة، بل ويمكن أن تستخدم هذه الاختبارات كتمرينات بدنية أو مهارية.
إن إدخال عنصر القياس واستخدام الاختبارات يساعد على تطور برامج التدريب واكتمالها وتحقيق الهدف.
