أسمحُ للمحبة بأن تكون القوة الوحيدة الفاعلة في قلبك وحياتك لأن أكبر العطايا التي نستطيع أن نمنحها هي المحبة بحرية من دون تفكير في ما يمكننا الحصول عليه بالمقابل:
لقد صار قلبي قابلاً كل صورةٍ / فمرعى لغزلانٍ وديرٌ لرهبانِ ، وبيتٌ لأوثانٍ وكعبةُ طائفٍ / وألواحُ توراةٍ ومصحف قرآنِ ، أدين بدين الحب أنّى توجهتْ / ركائبهُ فالحبُ ديني وإيماني.
