أما الفصل الثاني فأفرد لتحدث عن فضائل أهل مكة، والتي هي كثيرة منها: فضيلة سكنى مكة، فضيلة الأمن والطمأنينة، وفضيلة كثرة الخيرات وكثرة الأرزاق وفضيلة دخول البيت الحرام، والكعبة المشرفة.
