والواقع الحالي أن بعض الدول الإسلامية تمتلك قدرات مالية هائلة ورغم ذلك ما زالت دول نامية لا تعد في مصاف الدول المتقدمة، فالإنسان هو بمثابة التربة أو الأرض، فإن كانت صالحة للزراعة ومهيئة لذلك كانت نتيجة الزراعة فيها ناجحة، وإن كانت أرض غير صالحة أصلاً للزراعة فلا جدوى من زراعتها مهما بذل فيها من مجهود ومهما أنفق عليها من أموال، وهكذا فإن لم يكن هناك تنمية بشرية فلا جدوى من الحديث عن أي حضارة أو تقدم أو إزدهار.
