تضم السلسلة"إطعام العالم" ستة كتب تتناول الأطعمة الرئيسية للإنسان وقد حمل كل كتاب عنواناً لصنف من أصناف الطعام وهي:
الكتاب الأول: "البيض" ويوضح: من أين يأتي البيض، تاريخ البيض، من يربي الدجاج؟، من ينتج البيض؟، وكيف ينتهي البيض في طبقك.
الكتاب الثاني: "منتجات الألبان" ويشرح: من أين تأتي منتجات الألبان؟ تاريخ منتجات الألبان، من يصنعُ منتجات الألبان التي نأكلها؟ وكيف تُصنع منتجات الألبان؟، ثم كيف تصل منتجات الألبان إلى طبقك؟
الكتاب الثالث: "الذُّرة" ويوضح: من أين تأتي الذرة؟، تاريخُ الذرة، من يزرع الذرة؟ وكيف تُزرع الذرة، وما هي أنواعها، وأخيراً كيف تصل الذرة إلى طبقك؟
الكتاب الرابع: "اللّحومُ" ويبحث في مصدر اللحوم ومن أين تأتي، تاريخ اللحوم، ومن يربي الحيوانات التي نأكل لحومها؟، وكيف تُربَّى الحيوانات؟ وكيف تُصَّنع اللحوم، وتوزع وتُستهلك وأخيراً كيف يصلُ اللحم إلى طبقك؟
الكتاب الخامس: "الأرزُّ" ويوضح من أين يأتي الأرزُّ؟ تاريخه وأنواعه، ومن يزرعه، وكيف يزرع وما هي طرق زراعته وكيف يتم حصاده، ودور التكنولوجيا في تنمية أنواع جديدة من الأرز وانتهاءً بعملية وصوله إل طبقك.
الكتاب السادس: "القمح" ويشتمل على تعريفه كنوع من أنواع الحبوب، ومصدره من أين يأتي وفي أي البلاد يزرع ، ثم تاريخه، ومن يزرعه؟ وكيف يُزرع؟ وما هي أنواعه واستعمالاته؟ وانتهاءً بعملية وصوله إلى طبقك.
