لذا أعددنا هذا البحث التدريبي من الجانبين القانوني والعملي والذي لم يخلو من الصعوبات بسبب حداثة الموضوع وقلة المصادر والمراجع المتخصصة فيه.
وقد اعتمد البحث على مصادر من الاتفاقيات والقواعد الدولية، وقانون مكافحة غسل الأموال ولائحته التنفيذية، والتعليمات الصادرة بالخصوص من البنك المركزي، بالإضافة إلى المعمول به في العديد من الدول، مع إشارة خاصة إلى المعمول به في المملكة العربية السعودية وقطر والكويت.
وقد قسمت البحث إلى ثلاث فصول كما يلي: [الفصل الأول: أهمية مكافحة غسل الأموال دوليًا ومحليًا، الفصل الثاني: جرائم غسل الأموال في القانون المصري، الفصل الثالث: مكافحة البنوك لعمليات غسل الأموال].
