خلق الله الإنسان وزوَّده بالعقل وجعله الأمانة التي يحاسب عليها إذا ما قصر في أداء تكاليفها، ثم بعث بين يدي الناس رسلاً مبشرين ومنذرين؛ لئلا يكون لهم على الله الحجة بعد الرسل، فوضَّحوا حدود الشريعة وأقاموا ضوابطها، وبلَّغوا ما أرسلوا به غير مقصرين ولا عاجزين، وما تركوا شيئًا أمور الدين إلا وبيَّنوه، ووضحوا أمور العقيدة والتوحيد وفقه العبادات والتي هي من الأمور التي نحاسب عليها ولا يعفينا الجهل بها عن ذلك الحساب.
ويعرض الكتاب -عزيزي القارئ- لأمور الدين والعقيدة بأسلوب عصري شائق قريب التناول لا صعوبة فيه ولا مشقة، مستخدمًا أسهل العبارات والألفاظ حتى يمكِّن الآباء من تزويد أبنائهم وبناتهم بأمور دينهم، ليشبُّوا على علمٍ صحيحٍ بها، وما يجب عليهم معرفته من أحكامها، وينالوا الخير ويسعدوا في الدارين.
