إن هذا الكتاب ذو فائدة كبيرة للمهتمين بالدعوة الإسماعيلية، إذ هو مهتم في ذكر جمل وفضائل النبي المصطفى المختار، وفي ذكر الأئمة الأطهار من نسل الوصي المرتضى والنبي المختار، وسيرة أهل الظهور منهم والإستتار، وما خصهم به من الفضل الخالق القهار، وذكر البسطين الإمامين الطاهرين والبدرين الزاهرين أبي عبد الله الحسن وأبي محمد الحسين عليهما السلام، وما جعله الله لهما من الفضل المبين، وقيامهما، وما به امتحنا بعد أبيهما علي أمير المؤمنين وما نالهما من أعداء الله وأعداء رسوله الظالمين، وذكر ما ذكر فيما كان من قتل الحسين بن علي عليه السلام، ومن الأخبار وما روي في ذلك عن النبي الصادق المختار، وفي النوح والبكاء على الحسين وعلى الأئمة عليهم السلام، وذكر فضل أبي الحسن زين العابدين وخير الراكعين والساجدين علي بن الحسين بن علي بن أبي طالب سلام الله عليه وعلى آبائه والصفوة من أبنائه، وذكر وفاة محمد بن علي بن الحنفية سنة 81 للهجرة، وذكر نبذ من أخبار الإمام أبي جعفر محمد بن علي الباقر وما له من الفضائل المشهورة والمفاخر، وذكر الإمام أبي عبد الله جعفر بن محمد الصادق، وذكر قصة الإمام محمد بن إسماعيل وهجرته لتغلب الظالمين من مدينة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم طاعة لله سبحانه وإتباعاً لأمره، وسترة الأئمة الثلاثة من ولده، ولزومهم كهف التقية من بعده، حتى طلعت شمس الله من غربها وظهر المهدي بالله مبيناً لدعوته قائماً بها، وذكر الإمام رضى الدين عبد الله بن محمد بن إسماعيل، وذكر الإمام التقي أحمد بن عبد الله بن محمد بن إسماعيل، وذكر الإمام الزكي الحسين بن أحمد بن عبد الله بن محمد بن إسماعيل.
وقد قام الكاتب بسرد القصص والأشعار التي حصلت معهم ووثّقها بآيات قرآنية نبرة... ونترك للقارئ الكريم الغوص في صفحات هذا الكتاب.
