من أهم الأمور التي يجب على الدعاة إلى الله تعالى التحلي بها، البصيرة في دعوتهم، بما تشتمل عليه من معالم وضوابط، وما تتطلبه من حكمة ومعرفة، فقد كان "صلى الله عليه وسلم" حريصًا على البصيرة في دعوته، قال سبحانه: {قل هذه سبيلي أدعو إلى الله على بصيرة أنا ومن اتبعني} (يوسف: 108)، ومن أهم جوانب البصيرة في الدعوة إلى الله تعالى فقه الموازنات الدعوية، فمن خلال قيام الدعاة إلى الله تعالى بوظيفتهم ودعوتهم لدين الله تعالى، فإنهم سيواجهون بعض المتغيرات التي تؤثر في مناهج وأساليب ووسائل الدعوة، وذلك لاختلاف الظروف وتنوعها باختلاف الأماكن والأزمان، مما يتطلب معه الدراسة والتفكير، والتأني وحسن التدبير، والتعامل مع الواقع من خلال المعطيات العلمية والقدرات العملية التي يتحلى بها الدعاة إلى الله تعالى.
وعلى الرغم من أهمية فقه الموازنات الدعوية، فإنه لم يحظ بدراسة تأصيلية كافية، تبين أهميته، وتبصر بأشكاله وصوره، وترشد إلى ضوابط ومعالم العمل به، وتدرس بعض مظاهر الإخلال في العمل به، وتضع بعض معالم العلاج لتلك المظاهر، سوى بعض الإشارات إلى أهميته، أو بعض الدراسات لجانب فرعي من جوانبه. ومن هنا تبدو الحاجة ملحة لدراسة معلم من معالم البصيرة في الدعوة إلى الله تعالى، وهو: "فقه الموازنات"، ووضع معالم، وضوابط له، تضيء الطريق أمام الدعاة إلى الله سبحانه وتعالى، وتذلل صعوباته، وتجلي آثاره...
