طُبِعَ هذا الكتابُ طبعاتٍ عديدةً سابقةً جزى الله خادميه كلَّ خيرٍ في إيصاله وخدمته، لكنَّ دأبَ النُّفوس المجدَّة الاستزادة من الخير، فكان من هذه النسخة أن وقفت على هِنات عزَّ أن تخلوَ من كتاب، حاولنا فيه تعديلَ بعض الأحكام على الأحاديث بما تبيَّن بعد بحثٍ وجهدٍ حثيث، كما تمت ترجمةُ بعض رجال الإسناد وذكر أنسابهم. وما يزيد هذه النُّسخةَ أهميَّةً أن سبق للمُحقِّق تحقيقَها سابقًا، فجاءت ببذلٍ مُضاعَفٍ وخبرة في مَداخل الكتاب ومخارجه؛ إذ بات مُحقِّقُه من أهله وأهل مكَّة أدرى بشعابها، وكان أن ضمَّ الأبُ إليه جهدَ ابنه في هذا العمل، فخرج مباركًا مقابلًا على ثلاث نسخٍ خطيَّة في ثلاث مجلَّدات
