قال بني الله محمدا صلي الله علية وسلم " ان من البيان لسحرا " وكان يقصد بقوله هذا ان أعجبه شعرا القي عليه من الشعر الجاهلي فقد كان عليه صلوات الله يحب الجميل الخفيف من الشعر وكان يطرح له ولم يكن متزمنا كما افتري عليه فقال هذا الكلام " ان من البيان لسحرا " حتي اله قال أيضا .. اصدق كلمه قالها شاعر كلمه لبيد : الا كل شئ ماخلا الله باطل .. وهناك بعض الناس لا يستريحون للشعر استنادا الي الآية الكريمة اذ يقول الله عز وجل " والشعراء يتبعون الغاوون (224) الم ترانهم في كل واد يهيمون (225) وانهم يقولون مالا يفعلون (226) متجاهلين قول الله بعدها مستثنيا : ( إلا الذين امنوا و عملوا الصالحات وذكروا الله كثيرا ) صدق الله العظيم ولقد كان للنبي (ص) شاعر اسمه شاعر النبي وهو حسان ثابت الذي كان شاعرا فلما اسلم بات لا يقول شعرا إلا في مدح الله ورسوله وفي خدمه الدين الحنيف . وفي هذا الكتاب بعض الخطب المنبرية للشيخ الأمام عبد الحميد كشك رحمة الله عليه كان يلقي فيها شعرا في المناجاة والتوسل لله عز وجل وفي مدح الرسول "ص" وفي النصح والإرشاد للمسلمين وفي مواضيع أخري شتي كان يستشهد بها أمام في المناسبات المختلفة .
