لما كان الإنترنت هو الوسيلة الأكثر انتشارا فى أيامنا هذه، فقد عجبت بالكثير من المواقع فى جميع الموضوعات، الصالح منها والطالح. حيث تعد الشبكة العالمية للمعلومات (الإنترنت) الآن من وسائل الاتصال والإعلام القوية، حتى أنها تكاد يطغى على وسائل الإعلام الأخرى.
ولكن المشكلة هنا تكمن في خطورة نوعية ما قد يشاهده مستخدموا الإنترنت على المواقع الغير أخلاقية المختلفة، وقد يؤدي ذلك إلى آثار سلبية خطيرة علي الحياة الاجتماعية والسلوكية والأسرية.
ونعجب إذ علمنا أنه إلى جانب تلك المواقع الغير أخلاقية، فإن الإنترنت كذلك مليئة بالمواقع الإسلامية الغنية بالموضوعات في شتي المجالات التي يريد أن يعرفها القارئ الكريم، منها ما هو متخصص في موضوعات معينة، ومنها ما هو إسلامي عام.
وهذا الجهد المتواضع هو عبارة عن دليل وافي لهذه المواقع الإسلامية مع تصنيفها إلي مموضوعات مختلفة حتي يسهل البحث فيها للقارئ الكريم، وهو محاولة لمساعدته علي الوصول السريع ودون عناء إلي ما يحتاجه من معلومات عن الإسلام في شتي المجالات. حيث تم فهرسة المواقع المعروضة طبقا لمجالاتها المختلفة مثل: الحج والعمرة، الإعجاز العلمي في الإسلام، المجالات الإسلامية، أئمة وشيوخ ودعاه، المرأة المسلمة، المسلم الصغير وغيرها.
