ولذا فمهنه الخدمه الاجتماعيه عامه والخدمه الاجتماعيه المدرسيه بدات منذ نهايات القرن العشرين وبدايات القرن الحادى والعشرين من تعديل آلياتها واساليبها فى التقليل من تحديات العولمه‘آثارها السلبيه وبدات توجه طلابها الى الابتعاد عن معطياتها السلبيه من خلال اجراء الدراسات والبحوث العلميه التى تكشف للشباب من طلبه المدراسوالجامعات تلك السلبيات ليتمكنوا من التحصيل العلمى المطلوب فى اقل وقت وجهد ممكنين والتعامل مع العولمه وكأنها الفضيله والرذيله فالشاب ذو العقل المتميز والمتمكن يمكنه الابعاد عن رذيله العولمه والتقرب الى فضل وفضيله العولمه من خلال ما يملكه من عقل فاحص ومستنير.
وقد حاولت فى هذا الؤلف الجديد ان اقدم لجمهور الاخصائيين الاجتماعيين وطلبةالخدمة الاجتماعية عامة والمرشدين الاجتماعيين التربويين العاملين فى المدارس والادارات التربوية بخاصة كافة احتياجتهم التعليمية التى تساهدهم وتعينهم على التصدى لتحديات العولمة ومساعده الطلاب على تنميه شخصياتهم زياده كفايتهم الانتاجيه فى القرن الحادى والعشرين والذى ينذر بمتغيرات صعبه ومعقده لن يصمد امامها الا الطالب الواعى المدرك لواجباته ومسؤليته بنجاح.
