أحداثا بدأت مع بداية الثورة مثل إعدام "الخميس" و"البقرى".. وأحداثا كانت مقاربة للنهاية مثل النكسة والهزيمة وضياع الأراضي العربية، وهى أحداثا لم تكتف المؤلفة بحديثها عنها.. وإنما أيضا جاءت إلى كتابها بقصائد كتبها أمل دنقل.. احمد فؤاد نجم.. وغناها ألحانا حفظها الشعب الشيخ "إمام عيسى"
