لن أتحدث هنا عن الأمراض الحسية، وما ينتاب هذا القلب من دواء. لكنني سأتحدث عما يعرض لهذا القلب خلال سيره إلى الله من امتحانات وابتلاءات وما علامات صحته وعلته؟ وما مواطن الابتلاء والامتحان لهذا القلب؟ وسوف أركز خلال الحديث عن القلب على الاستشهاد بكلام الله وكلام رسوله (صلى الله عليه وسلم) وهذا أمر طبيعي؛ لأن الأصل هو الاستقاء من منبع الكتاب والسنة؛ وإنما نصصت على هذا حتى يعلم أن الحديث عن القلب ليس بالأمر الهين ولا السهل، فلا أحد أعلم بأحوال هذا القلب وما ينتابه من خالقه (ألا يعلم من خلق) (يعلم السر وأخفى) (يعلم خائنة الأعين وما تخفي الصدور) ومن أنزل عليه الوحي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) (وما ينطق عن الهوى إن هو إلا وحي يوحى).
