ونجح هذا البحث الميداني، الذي جاء على ستة فصول؛ في أن يخرج الفصل السادس تحديداً بعدة نتائج ملموسة وتوصيات مهمة تضمن للعملية التدريبية الإرتكاز على مجموعة من الكفايات تمثل أساساً في نجاحها وتجنب ما يؤدي إلى إخفاقات أو هدرٍ للجهد والوقت، وذلك من خلال التعرف على تلك الكفايات لدى المدربين في معهد الإدارة العامة في المملكة العربية السعودية، مع التقيد بحدود زمنية معينة تتمثل في الفصل التدريبي الثاني لعام 1436/ 1436.
