The story of Rudi Ojail is an inspiring one that demonstrates the triumph of the human spirit in following one’s dreams, despite seemingly insurmountable hardships. Rudi Ojail embodies the entrepreneurial spirt of the Lebanon, having moved on from a family carpentry business to become one of the leading young-generation architects and interior designers.
Born in Beirut on August 5, 1972, under the sign of Leo – a befitting entry into the world for someone inspired by the lion and its character.
Rudi established Qjail concepts and Contracting (OCC) in 2004 as a vehicle to realize his projects. He currently boasts a portfolio of more than 100 projects that have already been executed, with 25 more projects currently in progress. Another arm of the Ojail dream is “selections”, a high-end showroom in Riyadh – K.S.A. & in Beirut central district- accessories carefully selected from many corners of the world along with bold, private signature items made in-house.
His robust & dynamic character has enabled him to go beyond the ordinary and mundane to the extraordinary. With this in mind, Rudi Ojail retains a delicate balance between sublime exteriors and lavish interiors, superbly combining architecture with interior design in novel ways.
He also had offices in Riyadh, Switzerland and Paris with an enterprising view to the future, Ojail is set to grow to new destinations and dazzle design enthusiasts with novel, outstanding creations.
Currently, his 20 years working experience & selected projects are featured in his book released in 2012 & in numerous international publications and magazines.
