من أكثر الأخطاء التي ارتكبت بحق عوام السنة والشيعة في إظهار فساد المذهب الشيعي الرافضي وتبيان الحق من الباطل فيه، هو فشلنا في إيصال فساد فكرة هذا المذهب، فتجاهلنا بغير قصد عوام الشيعة كما تجاهلنا عوام السنة وبنفس القدر، لقد كتب علمائنا الأفاضل الكثير من المراجع العامة والمجلدات العظيمة التي كان لها دور عظيم في بيان فساد وخطر هذا المذهب، ولكنها كانت موجهه إلى النخبة المثقفة من القراء، كانت مراجع هامة جداً لا يكتمل رصيدنا الفكري إلا بها.
لكن عوام السنة أهلنا في كل مكان أصابهم ملل القراءة والمطالعة، خصوصاً تلك الكتب والمجلدات التي تبحث في أصول الدين وعقائده وهم بعيدون عن فهم ذلك واستيعابه، فأربكتهم المصطلحات الصعبة واللغة المعقدة وتأويل الكلان، فأغلقوا الكتب، لذا آثرت أن أكتب هذا الكتاب لهم، كتاب متدرج بسيط، لا تنقيح لغوي ولا مصطلحات لغوية صعبة، فكان التركيز على المحتوى والمضمون وما قصدت إيصاله للقارئ، لا على الشكل والمصطلح والتعبير.
