بعد كتابي السابق «أنا والرداء الأصفر» الذي حدّثتكم فيه عن معاناتي الطويلة والمريرة مع السُّمنة، فإنّي أحدّثكم في هذا الكتاب عن سعادتي بالعثور على الحلّ؛ الحل المدهش الذي وضّح لي الفرق بين السُّمنة وإدمان الطعام؛ و(الريجيم) والتعفُّف؛ والمتعة والسعادة؛ والإيمان والرضوخ. الحل الفعّال الذي صوّب ونظّم وهذّب علاقتي بالطعام، ومكّنني بطريقة صحيّة وآمنة من تخفيض وزني بمقدار 52 كيلوغراماً، وعدم اكتسابها مجدداً رغم أنني لا أمارس الرياضة، وأتناول الطعام في ساعات الليل المتأخرة، وما زلتُ ضعيفة الإرادة أمام الطعام!
