والهدف الثاني هو تقديم قدر ما من العلاج الوجودي، أود أن أقول إننا - على الرغم من كوننا جزءاً من كون يجري وفقاً لقوانين أساسية محايدة - ذوو أهمية حقاً، ليست هذه مسألة علمية؛ فليست هناك بيانات يمكننا جمعها عن طريق إجراء تجارب يمكنها قياس مدى أهمية حياة إنسان ما من بني البشر.
