Book Description
"الفتاوى التاتارخانية" للإمام الفقيه عالم بن علاء الأنصاري الهندي، وهو في أصله كتاب عظيم في خمسة مجلدات وسمي أيضاً بـ"زاد المسافر" و"زاد السفر" صنفه مؤلفه في سنة سبع وسبعين للهجرة في عهد الملك الهندي المسلم فيروز شاه تفلق، وهو مجموعة فتاوى مرتبة في عدة مجلدات، أورد فيها المصنف المسائل المفتى بها، التي انتخبها من "المحيط البرهاني" و"الذخيرة" و"الظهيرة" وغيرها، واطلق عليها اسم "تاتارخانية" نسبة للأمير الكبير تاتارخان وهو من الشخصيات ذات الأهمية في تاريخ الهند الإسلامي.
ولأهمية هذا الأثر عمل على تحقيقه وتهذيبه القاضي سجاد حسين، واتبع في ترتيب أبوابه كتاب "الهداية" لأن المصندف قد صرح أنه رتب الكتاب على ترتيب "الهداية"، وابتدأه في تعريف العلم وفضيلته، والفقه وفضله، وقواعده وأصوله والتعريف بالفتاوى التاتارخانية وصاحبها، والفلقهاء الذين أخذوا عن الفتاوى التاتارخانية، ثم ذكر مسائله وفتاوها وبيانها في الصلاة والزكاة والحج وغيرها مع بيان في من يحل له الفتوى ومن لا يحل له، وآداب المفتي والمستفتي، وفرض العين، وفرض الكفاية، وذكر للأحاديث والروايات التي وردت عن الفقهاء والأئمة والمشايخ مع الشرح وذكر المصادر.
