جهود متواضعة وضعتها بين أيديكم المؤلفة مباركة ظافر الدوسري من خريجات جامعة الملك سعود، قسم أحياء، وقد حصلت على أربع دبلومات بهدف تنمية مهارات محددة امتهن التدريب منذ ثمانية عشر عاماً وأعدت وصممت ثمانية برامج تدريبية هي: 1-بناء الشخصية القانونية.
2-التأهيل لسوق العمل.
3-الإكتفاء الذاتي.
4-تأهيل المساعد الصحي.
5-بناء المهارات العقلية والإجتماعية.
6-إستدامة.
7-تقبل.
8-تصميم البرامج الإجتماعية.
وعملت على عدد من الدورات الفردية بين القطاعين الحكومي والخاص وإعداد ألفي حقيبة تدريبية والمساهمة في بناء العديد من الحقائب الخارجية، وتقديم أكثر من ورقة عمل في مؤتمرات ومحافل إجتماعية، وحصلت على عدد كبير من شهادات الشكر والتقدير في القطاعين الخاص والحكومي، وكذلك حصلت على جائزة (إصرار) كأفضل 150 قصة نجاح عام 2014م وشغوفة بطلب العلم والمعرفة، وقارئة، ثم قارئة، ثم قارئة.
