اجمع في هذا البحث البسيط بعض هذه الحقوق التي تتعلق بالطفل، أقدمه في عبارة سهلة يسيره، وهدفي أن أبين وأوضح أن الإسلام سبق الدساتير الحديثة في إقرار حقوق الطفل. وبغيتي من وراء هذا البحث أن أبين الواقع الفعلي الذي يعيشه الطفل، وما يتعرض له من انتهاكات متعددة لحقوقه. ولقد اهتمت الشريعة الإسلامية بهذا الموضوع فبينت كل ما يتعلق بالأطفال، وبكل جزء من حياتهم منذ أن يكون نطفه إلى أن يصبح إنسانا مكتملا، وهذا إن دل على شيئ فإنما يدل على شمول الإسلام وكما له، وصلاحيته لكل زمان ومكان.
