من رحابة (الشعر العامي) يخرج علينا هذا الديوان لصاحبه (عبده يونس).. يدور ويتكلم في قضايا عديدة سياسية واجتماعية وأخلاقية ودينية، ولكنها جميعًا تأتي بسيطة غير معقدة.. قريبة من حوارات العامة فيما بينهم.. لا تتزين بكلمات صعبة على الفهم أو مصطلحات تستعصى على العقل. فهو ينساب بتلقائية في شوارع القاهرة ومولد الحسين ويدلف إلى الساحة السياسية التاريخية في: "أنتصرنا" و"لبنان موحد" و"قولت ح نبني"... وتتربع على الديوان "قول الحق واتوصى" متتبعًا فيها نسقًا مميزًا نلها وحدها فيقسمها على جانبي الصفحة متخذًا من كل ثلاثة أو أربعة أسطر مجموعة منفردة في الشكل مرتبطة مع الآخرين في المعنى. والجدير بالإعجاب هي الصراحة التي ينطبق بها الكتاب فهو يذهب بك إلى ما يريد دون إلتواء أو مدارة.. فهو دائمًا يذهب إلى هدفه مباشرة وهو أول من يطبق منهجه "قول الحق واتوصى".
