Book Description
إن أصدق الحديث كتاب الله، وخير الهدي هدي- صلى الله عليه وسلم-، وإن شر الأمور محدثاتها، وإن كا محدثة بدعة، وكل بدعة ضلالة، وكل ضلالة فى النار. وبعد: فإن علم أصول الفقه من خصائص هذه الأمة الإسلامية التي تميزت به عن غيرها وهو علم جليل القدر عظيم الشأن إذ يتعلق بالمسائل والأحكام الفقهية.
وكان أول من كتب في هذا العلم الإمام "محمد بن إدريس الشافعي" فى كتابه الشهير المعروف بـ "الرسالة". وقيل أن أول من كتب في ذلك الإمام "أبو يوسف" صاحب الإمام "أبي حنيفة"، ولكن لم يصل إلينا مما كتبه شئ وممن سار على منهج الإمام الشافعي فى هذا العلم إمام الحرمين الإمام "أبو المعالي الجويني"، وقد تناول العلماء هذا المتن قديماً وحديثاً بالشرح والنظم.
وها نحن أخى القارئ نضع بين يديك مجموعة شروح لـ "الورقات" لمجموعة من العلماء الأجلاء. أردفناها- إتمامًا للفائدة- بشرح نظم الورقات للعلامة "ابن عثيمين".
وقدمنا فى الكتاب عمل ترجمة مختصرة للمؤلف والشراح، ضبط المتن ضبطًا إعرابيًا مع مراعاة قواعد الإملاء والترقيم، عزو الآيات القرآنية إلى مواضعها في المصحف بذكر اسم السورة ورقم الآية، تخريج الأحاديث النبوية مع بيان الحكم عليها بالصحة أو الضعف، إخراج شروح العلماء على طريقة الدروس، ثم نفصل بين الشرح والمتن بكلمة "الشرح"، ثم نضع شرح العلماء مبتدئين بـ "قال العلامة..." في بداية شرحه، كى يسهل على طالب العلم تناولها، إضافة شرح نظم الورقات للعلامة ابن عثيمين.
