تكشف معطيات الواقع السياسى المصرى الى تصلب الشرايين الحراكي أمام الطبقات الدنيا والشرائح الوسطى ، مما يؤدى إلى ( تأبد وتحنط ) الرموز الطبقية العليا فى مواقع السلطة ومن الملاحظ غلبة الطابع الاحتكارى على ممارسات النخب الجديد التى تحاول بدورها البقاء فى المواقع التى تتمكن من حيازتها لعدم وجود الروافد العائلية التى يمكنها تغذية الموقع الطبقى خلافا للطبقة الحلكمة القديمة التى يمكنها خلق ( مشروع حاكم ) متجدد يحقق صيرورتها الطبقية . ولذلك لاتكون هناك اماكنية للحراك السياسى فى مصر سوى من خلال حراك الرواسخ إلى السماء . وهكذا فان تعاظم القوة السياسية للطبقة المسيطرة واعادة انتاجها يستمر فى كافة الحقب السياسية باستثناء العهد الناصرى إلى حد ما . هذه الظواهر وغيرها هى موضوع هذا الكتاب الذى ياتى ربما فى مقدمة الأعمال العلمية التى تناولت الحراك السياسى الذى يحفل به الشارع السياسى الان والذى يسود استخدامه بين كافة القوة السياسية .
