يتناول كتاب ’’تنظيم شؤون الكنيسة‘‘ في البداية معنى الكنيسة، بوصفها جسدَ المسيح الحيّ، كما يتطرَّقُ إلى أهمِّيَّة محبَّة الله فوق كلِّ شيء، ويشدِّدُ على شركة القدِّيسين، وممارسة المعموديَّة وكسر الخبز (المناولة).
كذلك يسلِّطُ الكتاب الضَّوء على عمل أعضاء الكنيسة في خدمة اﻵخرين والشهادة لهم، ويختتم طرحَه بالحديثِ بشأن الهيكل التنظيميِّ والقيادة في الكنيسة، ويشرحُ موضوعَ المواهب بحسب أفسس 4.
