سبق أن قدمنا الأوامر على العرائض وأوامر الأداء كل على حدة في عدة طبعات ثم جاء القانون رقم 23 لسنة 1992 محدثا تعديلات جوهرية خصوصاً في الأوامر على العرائض والتي جعلها محددة على سبيل الحصر في القانون مما رأينا معه إعادة تقديم المؤلفين سالفي الذكر في طبعة واحدة نظراً لما بينهما من إرتباط في المواضيع سالفي الذكر في طبعة واحدة نظراً لما بينهما من إرتباط في المواضيع مما يحسن معه ضمهما معاً.

الفصل الأول: القواعد التي تحكم الأوامر على العرائض، الفصل الثاني: حالات الأوامر على العرائض الواردة بقانون المرافعات وفي قوانين خاصة، الفص الثالث: الحجز التحفظي على المنقولات، الفصل الرابع: قواعد الاختصاص في إصدار أوامر الأداء، الفصل الخامس: سلطة القاضي في إصدار أوامر الأداء والميعاد المحدد، الفصل السادس: اعلان أمر الأداء، الفصل السابع: الطعن في أوامر الأداء، الفصل الثامن: الحجز بمقتضى دين تتوافر فيه شروط استصدار أمر بالأداء (المادة 210 مرافعات)، الفصل التاسع: اشكاليات التنفيذ في أوامر الأداء، الفصل العاشر: أحدث أحكام محكمة النقض، الفصل الحادي عشر: الصيغ القانونية.
