كان للشعب المصرى مشروع عظيم فى الماضى فى إخراج قوات الاحتلال البريطانية من مصر وإنجاز الاستقلال ولتحقيق هذا المشروع الوطنى وضعت استراتيجيات وبرامج ثم أصبح لشعب مصر مشروع آخر عظيم هو التحرر الاقتصادى والاجتماعى وارتبط هذا المشروع بمحالة تحقيق الوحدة العربية إقليميا ودعم حركة عدم الانحياز عالميا مع تعاون لصيق بقوة التقدم والاشتراكية ووضعت لهذا المشورع استراتيجات وبرامج حقق بفضلها انتصارات ثم أصابته نكسات ويطرح على شعب مصر الآن مشروع آخر شامل له أبعاده الوطنية والقومية والشروق أوسطية والعالمية من اجل المشاركة فى تشييد نظام عالمى جديد لعولمة ديمقراطية بديلة ويتطلب هذا المشورع بدوره وضع استراتيجات جديدة وبرامج لتحقيقها.
