المقدمة: تشتمل على أهداف البحث وأهميته وخطته.
الفصل الأول بعنوان "المذاهب الفقهية حول استثمار أموال الزكاة" ويشتمل على ثلاثة مباحث: ويتناول المبحث الأول، معنى الزكاة فى ضوء الكتاب والسنة، والأاموال الخاضعة للزكاة، ومصارف الزكاة، أما المبحث الثاني فيقدم مفهوم، وأهمية الاستثمار الزكوى، والمبحث الثالث يعرض الآراء المؤيدة، والمعارضة لاستثمار أموال الزكاة، وضوابط الاستثمار الزكوى فى حالة جواز الاستثمار الزكوى.
الفصل الثانى بعنوان "الدولة ودورها فى تنظيم شئون ازكاة" ويشتمل على ثلاثة مباحث: المبحث الأول يتناول الأدلة من الكتاب والسنة على مسئولية الدولة عن شئون الزكاة، وضرورة تقنين الزكاة، والصعوبات التى من الممكن أن تواجه هذا الالتزام بتطبيق الزكاة، المبحث الثانى عرض تنظيم إدارى مقترح لمؤسسة الزكاة، أما المبحث الثالث سوف يقدم بعض تجارب البلاد الإسلامية التى قامت بإنشاء مؤسسة زكوية.
الفصل الثالث بعنوان "الآثار الاقتصادية لاستثمار أموال الزكاة على الفرد والدولة"، وهذا الفصل يتناول استثمار أموال الزكاة من المنظور الاقتصادى ويقسم إلى ثلاثة مباحث: المبحث الأول سوف يناقش أثر استثمار أموال الزكاة على مستوى الفرد، وعلى الموازنة العامة للدولة، ودوره فى مواجهة الأزمات التى تواجه الفرد والدولة، والمبحث الثانى يتناول الدور التمنموى لاستثمار أموال الزكاة، أما المبحث الثالث سوف يكون دراسة تطبيقية على جمهورية مصر العربية وإقامة مؤسسة زكوية، والدور الذى يمكن أن تقوم به هذه المؤسسة غى حل بعض المشاكل التى تواجه جمهورية مصر العربية، وتختتم الباحثة الدارسة بخاتمة تحوى أهم الاستنتاجات التى توصلت إليها الدراسة، وأهم التوصيات.
