إن سنة الحبيب المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم مصدر تشريعى بلا ريب. حرص عليها الصحابة ومن بعدهم فكانوا يصطحبونها فى اعمالهم، وفى مجالسهم ومذاكرتهم، وبلغ من حرصهم علهيا أنهم كانوا يوالون ويعادون فهيا، وجرت سنة الله عز وجل أن ينشأ التدافع بين الحق والباطل، وعلى ذلك قام التدافع بين السنة وأهل الباطل فنشأت ناشئة يرفضون السنة أو ينكرون بعضها، وقد تصدى لهذه الظاهرة العلماء المسلمون الذين لا يخلوا منهم زمان وفندوا الآراء الباطلة وبينوا زورها وبهتانها، ولما قرأت بعض مؤلفات علمائنا شرح الله عزوجل صدرى لأن أجمع فيه هذه الرسالة لعلى أجمع شتات بعض ما تفرض فى بطون كتبهم.
