يضم هذا الكتاب البحوث وأوراق العمل التى تم تقديمها ومناقشتها فى جلسات المؤتمر، وذلك من أجل توسيع دائرة الاستفادة منها لمن لم يتمكن من حضور المؤتمر والمشاركة فى فعالية ونأمل فى النهاية أن يحقق هذا الكتاب الفائدة المرجوة منه.
