عمل رئيسا للجنة المطبوعات بالنادي الأدبي والثقافي بمنطقة جازان بجنوب المملكة العربية .حكم العديد من الدواوين الشعرية والسرديات والكتب النقدية قبل إجازة نشرها .حصل على العديد من الجوائز وشهادات التكريم وتم تكريمه في أكثر من محفل .
