عصام موسى هادي. ولد في الأردن في 27 / 8 / 1968 م في الهاشمي الشمالي، داعية إسلامي موظف في وزارة الأوقاف بوظيفة إمام أول، وعضو لجنة فحص دور القرآن الكريم في المملكة كلها، أصله من عائلة "آل هادي" ترجع إلى عشيرة آل علي، سكنت قرية "عين كارم " من قضاء القدس. هاجرتْ عائله مع عشيرتها وسائر عشائر (عين كارم) إبان احتلال فلسطين من قبل اليهود سنة ( 1948م ).

إن الله عزّ وجل قد فاضل بين الأزمنة من حيث شهورها، وأيامها، وأوقاتها، كما فاضل بين الأمكنة، فجعل خير البلاد مكة بيت الله الحرام، وأول مكان عبد الله فيه على أرضه، ثم المدينة المنورة، ثم بيت المقدس الذي بارك الله فيه للعالمين، وبارك فيمن حوله من مدن وقرى، والتي جمعها إسم "بلاد الشام"، وقد نطقت آيات الكتاب والأحاديث الصحيحة الصريحة في فضل بلاد الشام ومناقب أهل تلك البلاد.
وقد ألف العلماء قديما في "مناقب الشام وأهله" كتبا كثيرة؛ لكنها جمعت بين الغث والسمين، فكان ممن ألف في فضائلها الإمام الربعي، والحافظ السمعاني، والحافظ ابن عسكر في مقدمة تاريخه، والضياء المقدسي، وشيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية، وابن عبد الهادي وابن رجب وغيرهم كثير.
ولما كثرت الفتن اليوم في الشام وتسلّط المنافقون عليها أحببت أن أبعث في الأمة شيئاً من صحيح فضائلها، وفضائل أهلها، ومنبها على الفتن التب تصيبها في آخر الزمان، حتى تكون تلك الأخبار مقوية لعزم أهلها على العودة إلى كتاب ربهم وسنّة نبيّهم صلى الله عليه وسلم؛ لأن العبرة بالسكان لا بالحيطان والجدران.
