يتناول هذا الجزء الأسماء المبنية من حيث حصرها في مجموعات تشترك المجموعة الواحدة في خصائص ما مشتركة, بالإضافة إلى القواسم العامة المشتركة لجميع المبنيات الإسمية. وفيه توجيه صرفي وصوتي لسبب ملازمة الحركة الكائنة وتوجيه افتراضي للموانع الصوتية من ملازمة حركة أخرى غير حركة البناء الكائنة فعلاً. وكي يتسنى لنا هذا التوجيه عمدنا في هذا الجزء إلى قدر من التحليلات المقطعية التي لها أثر في عدول الضمائر عند الإسناد عن حركة ما وملازمتها حركة تقتضيها سيرورة نسيج الكلام حسب الأصول, والشيء نفسه في الفعل الذي أسند إليه الضمير فإنه يلتزم بحركة تقتضيها البنية المقطعية عند الإسناد.
