تم وبحمد الله تأليف هذا الأطلس الشامل لجميع الرواسب البولية بالاعتماد على مصادر علمية موثوقة.
مع مراعاة السهولة في العرض والتبسيط والشمولية.
وقد جرى عرض الرواسب بشكل فريد من نوعه وذلك بحصر الرواسب التي تتواجد فقط في البول حسب تفاعلها.
فهناك رواسب تتواجد فقط في البول الحامضي، وأخرى فقط في البول القلوي، وثالثة تتواجد في البول الحامضي والبول القلوي.
كما خصص قسم خاص لتلوثات الراسب البولي للتعرف علىها وتجنب خلطها مع رواسب أخرى وتحاشي الوقوع في الخطأ التشخيصي.
كما احتوى الأطلس أيضاً على جميع الرواسب المتعضية (الطلائية بأنواعها، والأسطوانات بأنواعها، اضافة إلى كل من الكريات الحمر والكريات البيض ورواسب متعضية أخرى).
في حين اشتمل القسم الرابع على الطفيليات التي تصادف في البول والفطور بأنواعها.
وخصص القسم السادس لتبيان طرائق فحص إضافية لتحري وجود عناصر ورمية في البول وطرائق كشف البيلة القيحية وطرائق معرفة تراكيب الحصى والناميات البولية.
وضمّ القسم السابع أشكالاً توضيحية تصف رواسب البول التي تظهر في أكثر أمراض الجهاز البولي التناسلي انتشاراً.
يحتوي الأطلس على 195 شكلاً ملوناً تعكس وبقدر وافٍ الرواسب البولية والرسوم التوضيحية للجهاز البولي.
