لولا جناية العجلة والعجب والطيش والحِدة والحِفة على أصحابها , لصحت لهم العقول.
وكم حذر الوحي من تلك الغوائل التي تقطع الطريق على العقل أن يُكْل دورته ليُعْطي الحكم بلا مكين ,وماهو إلا مخلوق يحكم على نحو ما يعطي ,يبحث وينظر , ويكشف ويُنَقر , ويستقصي ويَسبْر,ويسأل ويستبصر ,فإذا قطع الطريق عليه أعطاك حكماً متلجلجاً , لا نظام له ولا اتساق.
ولا إشكال في تعامل العقل مع المادة ,وإنما الإشكال في إرساله ليخوض في ظلامها فيرى منها رأس ظفرها فيظن أنه رآها جميعها ,وخالقه وخالقها يأمره وينهاه ,ثم يكابر الخالق ويخاصمه ((هذا ما رأيت ,,وهذا ما أرى ,,)) (ذلك مبلغهم من العلم ).
وكثير من العقول لتعنتها تستبد على صاحبها ,فلا تقنعها نُذُر الكتابة ولا الأقوال , حتى تبلغ الحالة التي تريد بنفسها لتعرف ماهي , ثم ترجع مع أسراب النادمين .
ومن عرف قدرة الموهبة العقلية وحدها ,والأنواع المتكاثرة المؤثرة في إصابتها الحقيقة , واختلافها كثرة ًوقلة ً وقوةً وضَعْفاً , وتعامل معها بجذؤ , صح له العقل , والعقل إذا صح فهو الموهبة الإلهية التي لا يوازيها شيء ,وإذا فسد واضطرب فهو البلوى التي لا يتلافاها شيء .
وكثيراً ما ينغمس العقل في فلسفات فيُوغِل في زويا حقه التبسط , فيجد لديه من المدارك وحسن الجج والبداهة في استحضار البينة , والاسترسال فيها مالا يجده عند غيره , فيحجبه ذلك الخلط العقلي عن النتائج , ونسي أن الذي يعيش في الظلام يرى مالا يراه الداخل من النور إلى الظلمة والحق أن تبصر طريقك إلى النور ,لا أن تحجبك رؤيتك في الظلام عن كونك في ظلام !!
وإن كنت ترى مالايرااه غيرك ,فهذا حق قادك إلى باطل
