- مِنْ مِنّن الله تعالى العظيمة في موسم العشر الأواخر من شهر رمضان المبارك – في كل عام – اجتماع شمل الأحبَّة في الله عزّ وجلّ، من أهل العِلم وطَلَبته في رحاب بيت الله الحرام، وفي ظلال كعبته المشرَّفة، يلتقي فيه أهل المشرق بأهل المغرب، والعجم بالعرب، يأخذ بعضهم عن بعض.
- وفي موسم عام 1419هـ، أشار بعض الأفاضل من رؤاد هذه المجالس إلى إحياء سُنَّة العرض والمقابلة بقراءة الكتب النًّافعة والمخطوطات النَّادرة بغية إعدادها للطَّبع والنَّشر، وذلك في سلسلة تحمل عنوان.
- وبادَرَ أهل الخير والفضل من الحَرَمين الشَّريفَينِ للمساهمة في هذا المشروع، وتيسير طباعته ونشره بأبهى حلَّة.
-وقد يسَّر الله تعالى قراءة ومعارضة وإعداد عشرات الرسائل المخطوطة النَّافعة النَّادرة في موضوعات شتَّى، وصدر منها عشرون مجموعة.
-وهذه المجموعة الحادية والعشرون منها، تحوي عدداً من الرَّسائل القيّمة والمهمَّة، التي قُرِئَت في مجالسث العشر الأواخر في موسم عام 1439هـ.
