هذا الكتاب "إثبات نبوة محمد هو الجزء الثالث لكتاب الإعلام لأحمد بن عمر القرطبي" وقد جعله المؤلف لدحض أقاويل كل الذين يعارضون بنوته صلى الله عليه وسلم، يهوداً كانوا أو نصارى أو غير متشرعين، فجمع كل الأدلة التي تفيد من قريب أو من بعيد، إثبات نبوته صلى الله عليه وسلم. يقول أحمد بن عمر متحدثاً عن هذه النبوة وعن الأدلة التي يستدل بها عليها، نقول إن محمداً بن عبد الله القريشي الهاشمي الإسماعيلي، ورسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، صادق في كل ما أخبر به عن الله تعالى، لا يجوز عليه شيء من الكذب.
ونستدل على ذلك بأدلة صادعة وبراهين قاطعة، أصولها أربعة أنواع: الأول: أخبار الأنبياء قبله، ووصفهم له في كتبهم. الثاني: النظر في قرائن أحواله. الثالث: الكتاب العزيز. الرابع: ما ظهر على يديه من خوارق العادات. وقد استهل حديثه عن الأدلة التي تفيد لنبوة الرسول وتأكيدها، مستخرجاً الاستشهادات من كتب اليهود والنصارى أي التوراة والإنجيل، وهكذا نجده قد استشهد بنصوص من الأسفار التالية: التكوين والخروج، والتثنية، ويشوع، والمزامير، واشعيا، وخرقيال، ودانيال، وحبقوق. وتجدر الإشارة إلى أنه لم يشر بالاسم إلى الأسفار الثلاثة الأولى بل ذكرها بقوله: "ما جاء في التوراة" أو"ما جاء فيها"، أو بقوله: "وقد قال في التوراة"...
كتاب مهم تناول فيه المؤلف الادلة المادية والعقلية لإثبات نبوة سيدنا محمد"صلى الله عليه وسلم" معتمداً على الايات القرآنية التي تحدثت في هذا الموضوع وكذلك اعتمد على معجزات النبي "صلى الله عليه وسلم" وعلى اعجاز القرآن وغير ذلك مما يجعل الكتاب ذا .قيمة كبيرة
