ذات يوم دخلت مكتبة دار الحديث بدماج فوجدت ورقة ملقاة مكونة من أربع صفحات على شكل مطوية عنوانها: "عبد الله بن سبأ الشبح السطوري".
خلص فى تلك الورقة إلى نفي وجود عبدالله بن سبأ وانه شخصية وهمية، وذكر أنه قد ألف فى ذلك مرتشى العسكري وخلص بنفي وجود ابن سبأ.
فلما رأيت هذا الشيعي المحترق قد اهتم بالمسألة بهذا الشكل، رأيت أن أسطر عليه وعلى أمثله رداً علمياً لا يستطيع رده لا هو ولا غيره، معتمداً فى النقل من كتب الشيعة المعتمدة عندهم، ومن كتب أهل السنة وغيرهم، وقد جعلته فى فصول يتخللها فوائد منيفة قل أن تقف عليها فى غير هذا المصدر بهذا الشكل الذي سأسوقه إن شاء الله.
