بين يديك أخي القارئ مجموع رسائل ابن حزم الظاهري عليه "رحمه الله" أردت أن أجمع رسائله المتفرقة في مجموع كما فعلنا مع الحافظ ابن رجب الحنبلي "رحمه الله" في أكثر رسائله وركزت على أن أحكم على الأحاديث فما كان في الصحيحين اكتفيت بذلك وما كان خارج الصحيحين حكمت عليه إما ببحثي الخاص أو بحكم الشيخ الألباني "رحمه الله"، وقابلت الرسائل على نسخ خطية.
أبين وصفها في مقدمة الكتاب أما عن الرسائل التي حواها الكتاب بين دفتيه فهي كالتالي: رسالة الأخلاق والسير أو مداواة النفوس، رسالتان سئل فيهما عن التعنيف، رسالة في معرفة النفس بغيرها وجهلها بذاتها، رسالة في الرد على الهاتف من بعد، رسالة في الرد على ابن النغريلة اليهودي، رسالة في هل للموت ألم أم لا.
