يقدم الكتاب "مبحث المسلك في معرفة المنسك" للإنسان المسلم طرائق أداة فريضة الحج أي هو "في مناسك الحج والعمرة" مؤلف الكتاب العلاّمة عمرو بن إسماعيل بدران الدومي الحنبلي (1345-1403ه) ، وقد بدأه بـ "هذه رسالة مفيدة دعاني إلى جمعها ما رأيت من الناس من مخالفات أحكام الحج وأركانه وواجباته، فأحببت أن أبين لمن يبتغي الإيضاح ما يجزئه في هذه الفريضة؛ ليؤديها تامة على وفق المراد. فأسأله تعالى أن ينفع بها، فهذه توضح طريقة الحج على أتم وجه، إن العامي لا مذهب له مخصص، وسميتها بـ : مبحث المسلك في معرفة المنسك" .
هذا الخطاب يجد تفصيلاً له في مباحث الكتاب الخمسة وهي: "مبحث الحج وفرضه" ، "مبحث دخول مكة" ، "مبحث السعي" ، "هذا الخطاب يجد تفصيلاً له في مباحث الكتاب الخمسة وهي: "مبحث الحج وفرضه" ، "مبحث دخول مكة" ، "مبحث السعي" ، "مبحث الحج وعرفة" ، "مبحث زيارة الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم"، وقد ألحق ذلك المؤلف بـ "فوائد" من جراء أداء الحج، من دعاء وأحاديث للغفران ونفقة للحاج، وكلها بأسانيد صحيحة، أو حسنة.
