تناول هذا الكتاب ظاهرة خطيرة أصبحت تؤرق كثير من الحكومات لما لها من آثار مدمره خاصة على الفئات الضعيفة في المجتمع مثل النساء والأطفال وهي ظاهرة التنمر الإلكتروني والابتزاز الجنسي .
تطرق الكتاب في المبحث الأول إلى تعريف التنمر الإلكتروني وشرح طبيعته ، أما المبحث الثاني فقد تناول بالتفصيل صور التنمر الإلكتروني الشائعة ، و اهمها الابتزاز الجنسي والذي يعني تهديد الضحية بنشر صور فاضحة لها من اجل الحصول على المزيد من الصور ومقاطع الفيديو و الأعمال الجنسية الأخرى أو من اجل المال . وقد توسع هذا المبحث في شرح ظاهرة الابتزاز الجنسي فذكر تعريفها وشرح ماهي الوسائل والطرق التي يخدع بها المجرم الضحية للحصول على صورة فاضحة ثم استخدامها في الابتزاز ، كما شرح أساليب الوقاية التي يجب أن يتبعها الوالدين أو الأبناء لحماية الأبناء والبنات من الوقوع فريسة للمجرمين .
أما المبحث الثالث فقد تناول في البداية علامات التحذير التي تشير إلى أن ابنك أو ابنتك يتعرضون للتنمر والاستغلال . وبين كيف تتحدث مع أبناءك حول التنمر الإلكتروني ، كما ذكر المبادئ والارشادات التي يجب أن تضعها - بصفتك الأب أو الام - في استخدام الإنترنت للحماية من التنمر الإلكتروني . كيفية التعامل مع ضحايا التنمر الإلكتروني من قبل الوالدين أو من قبل المتفرجين وما الذي يجب أن يفعله الضحية عند تعرضه للتنمر والاستغلال .
