"القرآن الكريم" كتاب منزل من عند الله تعالى يحوي خيرات وبركات كثيرة ووافرة للإنسان؛ لما يتضمّنه من تعاليم الهداية الربّانية التي تأخذ بيده لتخرج من الظلمات إلى النور؛ فتوصله إلى مقصده الأخرويّ ومستقرّه الأبديّ.
ولا تتمّ هذه الغاية للإنسان إلا من خلال تدبّره في القرآن الكريم وتوجّهه إليه بفعل وقلب سليم خالص، ونظره إليه نظر الهداية والتعليم والتربية؛ حتّى يفتح الله تعالى له أبواب المعرفة وتعاليم الهداية، فيهتدي بذلك إلى الحقّ وإلى صراط مستقيم.
ومن هذا المنطلق، سعى مركز المعارف للتأليف والتحقيق إلى إستكمال مشروع إصدار سلسلة دراسات تعليميّة تُعنى بدراسة القرآن الكريم وعلومه، وإستكشاف معارفه ومقاصده وتعاليمه الربّانية، وإيصالها إلى أذهان طلاب العلوم الدينيّة والمثقفين بأسلوب تعليميّ هادف؛ فكان هذا الكتاب "التفسير التربويّ الميسّر - تفسير قصار السور بأسلوب تعليميّ" - أحد الجهود المبذولة على هذا الطريق، بعد صدور الكتب السابقة: "دروس في علوم القرآن الكريم"، و"تفسير القرآن الكريم (ضوابطه - أصوله - مناهجه - إتّجاهاته)"، و"هدى القرآن الكريم - تفسير لقصار السور بأسلوب تعليميّ".
