Book Description
إن الإمام العلاَّمة موفَّق الدِّين ابن قدامة صاحب التصانيف الفقهية البديعة، من علماء القرن السادس الهجري، ومن أئمة الفقه، وشيخ المذهب في زمانه، له عنايةٌ فائقةٌ وقدمُ راسخةُ في تأليف كتب الفقه الحنبلي على مذهب إمامه، حيث كان ممن خدموا هذا المذهب.
وله أربعة كتبٍ متفردة في الفقه، رَاعَى في تأليفها طبقات التلقي والطلب، فألَّف للمبتدئين، وللمتوسطين، وللمنتهين.
ويُعَدُّ كتاب "العُمْدَة" من متون المذهب المعتمدة التي ألفها لتلقين المبتدئين، وهو من أقدم المختصرات، وأنفعها، وأشهرها، فهو متنٌ فقهي مختصر، واضح العبارة، سهل الفهم، ومرجع للحُفَّاظ، جرى فيه على قول واحدٍ ممّا اختاره من الروايات والأوجه في المذهب، على سبيل الإستنباط من ذلك الحديث الذي يُصدِّر به الباب غالباً.
ولأهميَّة كتاب "العمدة" ونفاسته، ولطف مسلكه، فقد شرحه الإمام الموفق، فجاء شرحه واضحاً، سهلاً مختصراً، يخدم مقصد المتن الذي رمى إليه الموفق من تأليفه، فقد جمع بين الإختصار والوضوح والشمول.
وبما أن هذا المختصر لم يأخذ العناية اللائقة به من حيث الإخراج والطباعة، فقد قدم الأستاذ "طارق عبد الحميد" تحقيقه لينتفع به، وقد قسم المتن إلى فقرات، ليكون أسهل للحفظ وأقرب إلى الفهم.
