Book Description
عنيت الشريعة الإسلامية بحفظ النفس البشرية، والتي يشكل حفظها مقصداً من مقاصدها وإن التداوي والمعالجة الطبية من أبرز مظاهر هذه العناية، وقد رأى الباحث أن يكتب في الأحكام الشرعية المتعلقة بالشؤون الطبية النسائية، مبيناً أهم الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بالموضوع.
لذلك جاءت الرسالة في ثلاثة فصول وخاتمة، أما الفصل الأول فهو بعنوان: أحكام الفحص الطبي، وقد سلط فيه الضوء على مدى جواز نظر الرجل للمرأة حال القيام بالفحص الطبي وأهلية الطبيب الفاحص ومساعديه وحكم اشتراط الدين عند القيام بالفحص الطبي.
وأما الفصل الثاني فهو بعنوان: أحكام المعالجة الطبية، حيث جاء الحديث فيه حول العقم وأسبابه عند النساء، وطرق علاجه، وحكم كل طريق، كما اشتمل على حكم منع الحمل الدائم والمؤقت، وحكم وسائل كل منهما.
وأما الفصل الثالث فهو بعنوان: أحكام الجراحة الطبية، وقد جاء الحديث فيها حول حكم جراحة الولادة، والكحت، وتوسيع عنق الرحم، وحكم جراحة الختان، وحكم جراحة التجميل، وحكم جراحة تغيير الجنس، وحكم جراحة ثقب، ورتق غشاء البكارة. وأما الخاتمة فقد تضمنت أهم نتائج البحث.
