Book Description
الزكاة والصيام والحج عبادات عظيمة، ومن أركان الإسلام، فالزكاة عبادة مالية، وركن مهم من أركان الإسلام، إذ هو الجانب الإجتماعي في التكافل والتراحم بين أبناء الأمة الإسلامية، وإنَّ العلم بأحكامها وأنواعها وشروطها مدخل إلى إحياء هذه الفريضة المهملة عند كثير من أغنياء المسلمين، وبإحياء هذه الفريضة سيعود المسلمون خير أمةٍ أخرجت للناس إن شاء الله، لأنّ الزكاة تطهر صاحبها من البخل والشحّ، وهي دليل على سلامة المجتمع من هذه الآفات التي جعلتهم يلهثون خلف الدنيا، ويتركون السعي الحقيقي لرفع مستوى الأمة، والبحث عن سبل عزّها، ولم يخشَ رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم على الأمة الإسلامية كما خشي عليها من الإفتتان بالدنيا.
والصيام، عبادة بدنية، وهي من جنس كفّ النفوس عن محبوباتها ومألوفاتها، وقد شرع الله الصيام لتحقيق التقوى في النفوس، وله أحكام مبيَّنة في الأصلين العظيمين: القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية.
والحجّ عبادة مالية بدنية، فرضه الله على الناس مرةً في العمر، وقد بيّن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أحكامه في حجة الوداع، وقال للأمة: "لتأخذوا عني مناسككم".
ولأهمية دراسة أحكام الكتب الثلاثة - الزكاة، الصيام، الحج- وضعت هذه الرسالة التي حرص فيها على تبيان الراجح في المسائل، مع ذكر الخلاف المهم في بعضها ليتعوَّد الطالب والقارئ على ذلك، ويعلم أنّ في الفقه راجحاً ومرجوحاً، بالنظر إلى قوة الأدلة وضعفها، وصحّة الإستدلال وخطئه، والمؤلف في ذلك كلِّه لا يخرج عن أقوال أهل العلم من أهل السنة والجماعة، المتأيدة بالدليل الصحيح والإستنباط السليم.
