يقول التَّفتازانيُّ في «شرحه للعقائد»: إنَّ المختصر المُسمَّى: بـ«العقائد» يشتملُ على غُرَرِ الفوائد، في ضمن فصولٍ هي: للدِّين قواعدُ وأصولٌ، مع غاية من التَّنقيح والتَّهذيب ونهايةٍ من حسن التَّنظيم والتَّرتيب، نال هذا المتنُ ما لم ينله غيرُه من شرحٍ وتحشيةٍ وتخريج، بدأت من عام (768 هـ) إلى يومنا هذا، وكان كتابُنا اللَّطائف آخر شروحه. حاول الشَّيخُ: نضال بن إبراهيم آله رشي فيه أن يبسطَ لغتَه ويوائمَ فيها إدراكَ طالب العلم المبتدئ في عصرنا، فكان أن خرج شرحًا أستاذُه معه؛ إذ يفسِّر أبسطَ المصطلحات الشرعيَّة دون تعقيدٍ ومماحكاتٍ لفظيَّةٍ وتأويلاتٍ كلاميَّةٍ وفنقلةٍ تصعُب على المبتدئ، كما تصل فائدته الطالِبَ السَّالك في استذكار منسيّات بعد خوضٍ في غياهب العلوم، كما كان دأبُ النسفيِّ عند تأليفه عقائده في تبسيط هذا العلم لأهل عصره.
