هذا الكتاب "جمع الجوامع في أصول الفقه"، لتاج الدين عبد الوهاب بن أبي الحسن علي السبكي، يحتوي على الكثير من المواضيع الدينية المتعلقة بالأحكام الشرعية العملية المستقاة من أدلتها التفضيلية كالكتاب والسنة والإجماع والقياس. وهو مختصر مشهور، جمعه مؤلفه من مائة مصنف مشتمل على زبدة ما في شرحيه على مختصر ابن الحاجب والمنهاج مع زيادات وبلاغة في الاختصار.
وقد جاء هذا الكتاب محققاً من قبل "عبد المنعم خليل إبراهيم" الذي عنى بإخراج الآيات القرآنية والأحاديث النبوية ودوّن حواشي الكتاب هذا بالإضافة إلى وضع مقدمة تمهيدية تحتوي على عرض للعلوم الدينية أو الشرعية.
متن من متون أصول الفقه - الشافعي - أفاد المؤلف في تصنيفه من نحو مائة مرجع وجعل فيه زبدة ما ذكره في شرحيه على : المختصر لابن الحاجب والمنهاج للبيضاوي. ووضعه في مقدمات فيها : الحسن والقبيح والتكليف بالمحال وغير ذلك وسبعة كتب : الكتاب القرآن ومباحثه من اللغات والحقيقة والمجاز والمعرب-السنة وما يفيد خبر الواحد والمرسل - الاجماع - القياس - الاستدلال - التعادل والتراجيح - الاجتهاد والخطأ والصواب ونقض حكم المجتهد والتقليد، وهذا كتاب أهتم به العلماء شرحا وحفظا وتدريسا لأهميته وعلو مقام مؤلفه.
