Book Description
إن تصنيف الكتب لا يتمُّ إلا بعد النظر في الكتب، وإن النظر في الكتب طلبٌ للعلم، وإن السير في طلب العلم الشرعي، ووعيه والعمل به، ونشره، والدعوة إليه، والصبر على الأذى فيه، أحدُ الجهادَين في سبيل الله تعالى، ومن أجلِّ القُرُبات، وأزكى الباقيات الصالحات.
وحيث إن لمعرفة أحكام شريعة الإسلام وسائلَ تُعين على فهمها فهماً صحيحاً، فإنه ينبغي لطالب العلم ويَجدر به أن يتعلَّم من تلك الوسائل ما يُعنيه على فهم الأحكام الشرعية على إختلاف أنواعها.
ولمَّا كان من جُملة الوسائل لفهم الكتاب والسنّة "فن أصول الفقه"، فقد أحبب المؤلف أن يرمي مع فحول المؤلِّفين فيها بسهم، مستضيئاً بنور ما قبسوا، قاطعاً من ثمار ما غرسوا، ناقلاً من كتبهم، ومقتفياً أثرهم، تشبُّهاً بهم في التصنيف، "ومَنْ تَشَبَّهَ بِقَوْمٍ فَهُوَ مِنْهُم".
وقد وقع إختيار طلاب المؤلف الذين طلبوا منه أن يدرسهم هذه المادة، على دراسة منظومة: "وَسِيلَةِ الحُصُولِ إِلَى مُهِمَّاتِ الأُصُوِل"، لناظمها شيخنا الجليل حافظ بن أحمد ابن علي الحكمي - رحمنا الله وإيَّاه، وغفر لنا وله - فقد قام المؤلف بتعليقات خفيفة، في جُمل لطيفة؛ لتبقى في أيدي من شاء الله من طلاَّب العلم، وذلك للرجوع إليها، وإستذكارها عند الحاجة إليها، فإنَّ العلم لا يُحفظ إلا بالتقييد غالباً".
